For this project, I will be targeting all three levels of programming: youth (birth - 5th grade), young adult (6th - 12th grades), and adult (post high school) and plan to cover the following literacies: visual/tactile; health, financial, historical, digital, traditional, and civic.  The reasoning behind these decisions are because 69.6% of the population is under 45 years old, which means that the overwhelming majority of the population includes families whose children still live at home.  It is a young, educated community whose residents make a substantial living.  All of the literacies that will be represented will be of interest to at least one element of the city's demographic.
